This machine controlled by micro computer, the center is the vertical type stepless speed regulating tempering, the chocolate pump continuously feed the syrup into the tempering center, thus can deliver the chocolate syrup evenly, according to the chocolate process technology, to regulate and control the temperature at every section of the tempering center accurately, therefore to guarantee the demoulding and have stable crystal, thus to improve the chocolate quality.
